Our New Dog Pepi

It is with sadness that I write that Littlebit our beloved little companion passed away April 15, 2005 at 5.30 in the morning. It was a sudden and unexpected death.

This little dog held a special place in our life.

His name was Littlebit, Bits for short.

Littlebit lived to be 13 years old,  He weighed between 5 and 6 lbs. He was a crossbred one half Yorky and one half Chihuahua. We received him from a dog pound when he was 2 years old. I never wanted to be close to a dog, but this little fellow won our hearts, and had become an important part of our life. They say dogs help us to live longer, and I believe that. He was my constant companion.

Shortly after we lost Littlebit, we obtained a full blooded Chihuahua little boy dog. He was so full of pep, that we named him Pepi. Pepi is a thinking dog, and he does not have as nice a manner as Littlebit did. He can be quite a little dickens with his growling and loud barking, but we love him and he is sure fun to have around. He is a good boy now and does not ever destroy things, Thank Goodness. We found that pure bred Chihuahua's can be quite tempermental.
